Selling
Have you ever thought about if you want to sell your house? There are tricks to selling. You can brew fresh coffee, or bake a cake. Have fresh flowers strewn around the house, and most importantly get three quarters of your stuff and lock it into storage. You do live helplessly for a few months till you sell but you will sell!
You can alternatively find places that will just instantly buy your house off you. However, the price is generally lower than you would normally get but you do sell it instantly.
And if you do want to sell it for less than the market price… do drop me a line!
Private or Public
I pay my taxes and my dues. But I do not want to go Public like for medical treatment and my child’s schooling. Should I not be given a tax rebate when I would be entitled to use the public service but pay my way instead. By going private I am saving the government money that should be my entitlement. Why don’t I get a rebate?
Houses
I have seen some amazing houses for rent! I must say though that I prefer to subscribe to the side where I rent out houses.
What I think important in a house is having adequate bathroom facilities and a touch of luxury. Things like an ensuite and a dressing room just give a house that touch of luxury.
I also quite like having a washroom and a conservatory, albeit they are extras and can be managed without.
I simply must have a seperate dining room and sitting / living / drawing room.
Ideally, I would also like to have a minimum of 4 bedrooms.
Is that too much?
Moving
Moving house is one of the? most stressful scenarios there can be. In fact you will find it in the top 5 most stressful situations including death, divorce and of course money worries!
Thankfully there are moving companies? that well help you move. Places like www.relocation.com not only help you find a home (and sell your old one) but will also help you with your finance and mortgage problems er solutions. Though they probably will not pay your monthly mortgage payments. That would make them the best if they did but then they would not be financially viable. Besides, I do not know anyone who wants to pay my mortgage payments. But if anyone does… just drop me a comment. I will most gladly accept!
Anyway let me not deviate… I was speaking about relocating. The biggest problems are when you have to change country. But thankfully there is international shipping? and auto transport, which makes things far easier, especially if there are seas to cross!
I have change country at least 3 times and numerous times? within each country! None were particularly fun but at least they all went smoothly. I am just grateful that I do not have any foreseeable moves coming up!
Drugs
I know someone who is really grateful for her drug rehabilitation. She started taking drugs before she was even a teenager, and before she even knew what a drug addict was, she was hooked.
Ok the first point is that some idiotic drug pusher thought it would be a great idea to push drugs down a school child for their pocket money I presume! However, had the girl not had the possibility of a second chance, she would have had her life ruined and over before it had even begun.
Places like stone hawk give people who need and want a second chance a chance. This girl never stood a chance had it not been for someone to help her through it.
