Salads

I come from a background where salad used to consist of a bunch of lettuce, a few slices of tomato and a few slices of cucumbers. If you have a really nice salad, you might also have a few slices of onions! That’s a Mediterranean diet! Ha! No wonder I hated salads. I have discovered there is so much you can do with Salad Recipes!

Some? salads are so nice. I think my favourite is Waldorf! I am not sure how well it would be if you are eating salads to diet!

I enjoy the Waldorf as well, I really didn’t think I would but I do.

I wanted to also invite you to my Blog Contest for July. Just click the link on my name for more details.

Salads can be great, or boring. I eat a lot of salads and mostly they are boring because I’m too lazy to put more than what I have at home in one. Sometimes I splurge. Acutally, I think I’m going to go have a spinach salad now!

Drew – The waldorf does make a nice change from a lettuce based salad. Not a lettuce leaf in sight!

Cynthia – I must say, the best salad is made by my hubby as he always makes them nice to look at and eat. I also am too lazy to make it appetitizing, hand me a plate of pasta any day!
