Prince William & Kate broke up. Personally I think this is a good thing. Having a middle class queen is an unthinkable proposition! If Kate married Prince William and he became King, we would have a middle class queen! Horrendous!
There are? three ways to buy a house. 1) You can pay for it from your savings & investments, 2)? have Daddy buy it for you, or 3) like the rest of us – using mortgages.
Mortgages are? secured loans? and if you do not keep up repayments, they can take your house from you. This means essentially that you can end up homeless if you do not pay? your repayments. Use a? mortgage calculator? to find out how much it will cost. Then make sure that you can afford what you want to buy. And stick to your budget when you buy. And Voila – Happy Ending!
I have to say I enjoy Graham Norton’s Shows. I actually find his shows enjoyable and funny!? It is nice to have a good laugh sometimes.

Did you know that nowadays you can get insurance for anything. The latest insurance that you can get is Maternity Health Insurance! The nice bit is that it will help with maternity costs. But surely if you need help with maternity costs then you should be reconsidering actually having that baby, as you cannot afford a baby if you cannot afford the cheapest part of it – the maternity part. I suppose accidents do happen, so in that case perhaps insurance is the way to go!
Why does it cost almost the same amount to buy some land as to actually buy a property on the same size land? The cost of the building is not marginal, so why such a discrepancy? I would love to design my own house and have? a nice size garden, but the cost is unproportional!
I knew that Blogs were taking off in a big way. However, I did not expect in my wildest dreams that it would take off in such a big way as to have web awards! I just read about the perfect Bacon Sandwich. I thought it would be how to cook. But no, apparently money and time was wasted on RESEARCHING the perfect bacon sandwich! Perhaps the money could have been better used to research medicine!
Some people think it is fun to build? and create? viruses. And that gets my goat!
Rumour has it that the people who sell anti-virus software are the people who actually create the viruses so that they can make money selling the cures!
I won’t let them win though. And I think you should not let them win either. Just make sure that you get yourself a free Antivirus download. Don’t pay for it as it will encourage people to keep creating viruses and you may lose it all!
Oh and a word of warning – ALWAYS BACK UP just in case!
Someone else is in the news trying to fight for the right to implant her embryos. This person found out she had cancer and to conserve her chances of having a family in the future she resorted to cryopreservation and IVF. This was her only hope of a family. She had the choice of freezing her eggs or freezing her embryos. The chances of success are better with Embryos than Eggs. She was in what she thought was a stable relationship and as a couple they made the decision to have a child together and created the embryos.
Their relationship did not work.
Now he is refusing consent for her to replace the embryos and is insisting that the embryos are left to perish!
He agreed to father her children. Assuming that she had already conceived when they broke up would he have insisted on an abortion? Assuming that they actually had the child, would he have insisted on murdering the child.
When he agreed to creating embryos, he agreed to creating life. Is it fair that he kills off the life created?
This is all aside from the fact that he screwed up this woman’s chances of ever having a child by refusing to allow implantation. Should he not have refused consent originally, when she had the opportunity, albeit smaller opportunity, to just freeze? her eggs rather than embryos? Should he not be responsible for his actions? Should the embryo not be given a chance to live? Does this embryo not have human rights?
Today is simply a money day! I cannot stop thinking about it. Must have? something to do with that Inland Revenue Fine I got recently! I received a fine for £900 for a company that I had and closed 2 years ago. So, all I have been thinking about is money! How can I make some money fast bearing in mind that I cannot be the Inland Revenue.
I know that’s not funny – I never said that I had a sense of humour!
So, I turned my mind to gambling! Should I try? Lucky Nugget Casino? or perhaps Jack Pot City? Will I be able to win lots of money without spending much? What games do they offer? Slot machines, Roulette, Poker and Black Jack are among some of the many. The question is how do I play? or more importantly how do I win? What are my chances of success? And even more importantly How LUCKY do I feel?
In all honestly I can say that I would go with Black Jack as there is an element of using your wit and not just pure luck. I am not too lucky which is why I would choose Black Jack! However if I felt very lucky, I would go with roulette and hope that my lucky number comes up. Now does anyone know my lucky number? 7, 1, 32, 67, 5 or 13? Argh…..
